Coach of the Croatian national handball
team, ZeljkoBabic announced a list of players who will run for the performance
at the European Championship in Poland, which is played 15 to 31 January 2016.
Croatia is in Group 'B' (the host city of Katowice) with Iceland, Belarus and
Norway. In round 1, January 15, Croatia game with Belarus (16 hours), in the
second round on 17 January, with Norway (18.15) and in the third round, 19
January, with Iceland (20.30). The three best teams will qualify for the second
round.
In the group 'A' (Krakow) are France,
Poland, Macedonia and Serbia, in the group 'C' (Wroclaw), Spain, Sweden,
Germany and Slovenia, and in the group 'D' (Gdansk), Denmark, Hungary, Russia
and Montenegro.
Domagoj be due to commitments in the German
championship Croatian national team preparations to join the first days of
2016.
For the first time at the European
Championship is played Domagoj 2008. There was then the EP in 2010, 2012 and
2014. It has three medals from the European Championships: 2008 and 2010, won
silver and bronze in 2012 (in 2014 Croatia was the fourth).
